You'll only get this view if you have access to the 4th floor of this building in Chiado (luckly I have a friend that lives there).
It's my first night shot with the D90.
I managed to take this 10 sec. exposure without a tripod, using the balcony to help me out and holding my breath too.
There's a beautiful old yellow tram that goes up that street (Calçada Nova de São Francisco).
In this shot I used ISO 200 to keep the noise down, and I also tried the long exposure noise reduction which makes you wait double the time you would but gives great results.
Note: slight post-prod in Lightroom to enhance the contrast and fix some orange tint from sodium street lights.
